Located in the heart of the village and at the entrance to the Chastreix-Sancy National Nature Reserve, nature view, facing south.
We welcome you to this warm apartment of 100 m2 with a capacity of 5 people.
Spacious, bright, very well equipped and comfortable, it is composed of 2 bedrooms, a large fitted kitchen open to a large living room, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. Bio ethanol fireplace for evenings by the fire. - Bedroom 1: large bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a large wardrobe - Bedroom 2: large bedroom with 3 single beds of 90 x 200, a dresser and a wardrobe. Land not adjoining but next to the cottage with summer kitchen, sunbeds, picnic table and playground. Equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4-burner gas hob, fridge-freezer, coffee maker and electric kettle, toaster, fondue and raclette machines. Baby equipment. Perfect for 1 family or friends or 4 families spread over the 2 apartments as we have a second one for rent (Gîte Le Sancy).
All around nature is present, on the edge of the Chastreix-Sancy National Nature Reserve, 20 minutes from the ski resorts of Super-Besse and Mont-Dore but only 5 minutes from its own ski resort, our cottage is the ideal starting point for snow trips!
For the others, don't worry, hiking, lakes, waterfalls, volcanoes, museums, nature sports of all kinds will be on the agenda. Finally, gastronomy will not be left out, for gourmets and epicureans, every palate will find its delights.
We are located just opposite the Tourist Office, ideal information point! In the village you will find our own St Nectaire, made right next door and on sale just opposite! A small bar/tobacco shop too. The post office and the offices of the Nature Reserve to complete.
And for more amenities, 5 minutes from La Tour d'Auvergne, bakery, grocery store (Vival), pharmacy, butcher, bank, newsagent/tobacconist, gas station, IRVE, bars and restaurants.
