There are four bedrooms and a loft, two bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating. Swimming pool of 24 m² with a children's section, and the pool area has an exercise bike. The style is modern and bright, the owner has everywhere put a strong emphasis on high quality and functionality, making the house appear very welcoming and nice. And with its 190 m² it offers plenty of room for either a large family or for two families who want to spend the holidays together. The plot is an open, slightly hilly dune plot with plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities such as sunbathing, barbecues and ball games and there is a sandpit.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
