Large and spacious holiday cottage with a whirlpool located in scenic surroundings in the small fishing village Nr. Lyngby approx. 5 km from the as well Lønstrup as Løkken and a short distance from the beach. The house is 144 m² incl. the mezzanine and therefore has plenty of room for a large family or two families wishing to spend their holiday together. There is a large living area with kitchen/living room in open concept, 4 bedrooms, 2 with double beds, and a mezzanine with 2 mattresses and bathroom with sauna and whirlpool. The house also has a small sea view. There is a small covered terrace and an open terrace around the house to both east, south and west. The house sits on an open plot in a quiet area, and there are good opportunities for both children and adults to have fun outdoors. For children there are swings and sandbox.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
