The area offers peace and quiet, a lovely beach and lots of nature experiences with, among other things. direct access to Langdal Plantation. There are a myriad of wonderful walks and hikes. One bedroom of the holiday home has installed a SolarVenti solar air collector, which provides warm, dry air in the holiday home all year round. The house is furnished with a new beautiful bathroom with underfloor heating. Newly renovated kitchen in open connection with living room. New modern furniture. Air-air heat pump is installed for cheap heating. There is an 8 m² covered terrace with patio heater and a large, new south-facing terrace of 40 m². There is also underfloor heating in the annex The house has satellite dish and DR channels available as well as highspeed internet. The large enclosed natural plot is 1300 m² and with open play areas and trees and bushes as well as swings and robust pole tennis. In the common area, there is a football field and a fire pit, for free use. Pets are not allowed.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
