Please note: The house is located only about 50 meters from 2 similar summer houses, owned by the same family with the same standard, ideal to rent at the same time if you are several families/friends, etc., who want to vacation together. In addition, there are several cozy nooks that are perfect for reading a good book while the kids play soccer in the garden or use the trampoline (use at your own risk). The summer house is bright and inviting and is practically furnished with a combined kitchen/family room/living room. The kitchen/family room offers, among other things, a ceramic stove, range hood, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and freezer. In addition, there is a high chair for the little ones. The living room has modern furniture, free high-speed internet, a flat-screen TV with both Danish and German TV channels, and Chromecast, which allows you to stream your own TV services. There is a wood-burning stove for cool summer evenings or rainy autumn evenings. Bright and attractive bathroom with a 2-person spa bath, TV, sauna for 2 people, bathing area, shower, and toilet. There are 3 bedrooms, all with comfortable beds and TV in 2 of the rooms, 2 of which have double beds and 1 room has 2 single beds. In addition, there is a loft with 2 beds, TV, and a weekend bed for the little ones. The house is suitable for 6 adults and 2 children. The house has an open terrace with comfortable garden furniture, sun loungers, and a gas grill, where you can enjoy dinner while watching the sun set over the area. A house that must be experienced, suitable for all seasons. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
