Charming air-conditioned house on 1 floor, 3 rooms + veranda with private garden of 100 m², quiet, reserved parking in front of the house.
First floor: Living room, veranda, open kitchen, daybed, toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with a 140 cm bed, bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), storage.
Equipment:
Wifi, washing machine, microwave oven, traditional oven, fridge freezer, TV, barbecue, 2 relax armchairs and garden furniture.
Not provided: Pillows, sheets and linen.
Access to the sea by road and cycle path, possibility of renting bicycles on site.
Swimming pool shared by residents, open June to Sept / Petanque court / Table tennis / Tennis lessons / Children's games. Quiet house.
