About this apartment rental
In your own beach chair with a view of the entire Burgstaaken Harbor and the sea—Fehmarn Hotspot—no final cleaning fees apply.
Starting in the 2026 season, this houseboat will be docked at Burgstaaken Harbor on Fehmarn (no longer at Südstrand).
The houseboat Kaddi’s Sundream warmly welcomes you.
Spend every day of your vacation right on the water, with an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea and the surrounding nature.
The houseboat has a living area of approximately 36 m² as well as a large, fully usable sun deck of approximately 40 m².
It is equipped with 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom in the entryway with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and its own satellite TV.
The second bedroom is separate and features a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) on the bottom and a bunk bed above it (80 cm x 200 cm).
The living area, with an integrated kitchen and dining table, seats up to 5 people.
On the spacious terrace, accessible from the living area, you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea, or host a delicious barbecue in the evening, right on board.
The shower room is equipped with a shower, sink, mirror, and hair dryer; this is the only room with underfloor heating. The houseboat has a 60-liter hot water boiler (so hot water is available only in limited quantities, depending on usage).
The toilet is in a separate room next door.
Mobile Wi-Fi with limited bandwidth is available on board. There is one TV in the living area and one in the first bedroom.
A special attraction for the whole family is the illuminated floor window in the living area. Here, you can observe the underwater world.
The entire upper deck is fully accessible. Here, you’ll find a private beach chair, pallet furniture, and lounge chairs for relaxing.
You’ll have an unobstructed view of the sea and the harbor activity.
Combine the comforts of a vacation rental with the adventure of a boating vacation!
Pets are not allowed in the rental property!
Bed linens and towels are NOT included in the rental price and must be brought by you.
