Like visiting our home. Kitchen fully stocked all the cooking utensils necessary. Garage spacious, no problem parking. Entry instructions very clear with box location and code. Response from agent very good, timely and accurate. I would stay here again.

The house is in good condition as is the neighborhood. If you haven’t stayed in Pebblecreek, be aware that F-35’s take off about 2 miles away starting at 7:15 during the week. To say they can be loud is an understatement. The back yard, where you would like to spend most of your time, faces north and acts as a little amphitheater. Inside, the living room furniture leaves a bit to be desired - see listing photos. Beds seemed ok, but no blackout curtains make the bedroom nice and bright in the morning. House is pretty well stocked. The agent hadn’t submitted the paperwork to the HOA, so we couldn’t use the facilities for a few days. Internet went out one morning because the bill hadn’t been paid. Little annoyances, but they got taken care off. Overall everything worked out and we loved Pebblecreek, especially when the jets weren’t flying.
