Meticulous, Modern Colonial with huge, private, backyard and inground pool, in Saratoga's Popular Regatta View Community, w/ waterfront access to Fish Creek, leading to Saratoga Lake. Paddle or walk to dinner at popular 550 Waterfront restaurant. 2.9 miles to Saratoga Racecourse and popular Saratoga Racino, 2 miles from Saratoga National Golf Course, 4.3 miles to Browns Beach on Saratoga Lake, minutes to Broadway where you'll find numerous restaurants, bars and shops. 20 miles to popular Lake George. Generously sized rooms and large, private, fenced backyards with a patio, and heated inground pool, outdoor kitchen w/ gas grill, cooktop, refrigerator + large yard space, with horseshoe pit and fireplace area. Four spacious bedrooms, plus additional pullout couch and bunk beds (top bunks have a 130lb weight limit) in finished basement/rec room. (listing says office, but it's in the basement) Waterfront access to Fish Creek. 2 Paddle boards and one kids kayak for use at common beach area.

Highly recommend this property. In a great location right by Saratoga lake. A short 5 minute drive to the race track and just 10 minutes to downtown. Jessica was a great host, quick to reply to any questions and made sure we had a 5 star stay.

Spacious house in a neighborhood within walking distance of the water. Great pool and patio area. Lago restaurant is nearby and we would highly recommend.
Outdoor grill and fridge with large table to hang at. Pool had child safety barrier if needed to keep the younguns safe.
The hosts were very accessible and answered all of our questions about the house and what to see and where to go.
We spent a day at the track... what a great experience! The kids loved the carousel in town. We will return to Saratoga in a heartbeat!
