About this house rental
Welcome to our east-side Saratoga Springs house, located 10 minutes from downtown, the racetrack, and Saratoga Lake. A large 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with a pool, washer/dryer, and 25 acre of forever wild forest in the backyard. This is a perfect home away from home for your family vacation!
My husband and I are Saratoga Springs locals, who love our charming town and are excited to share it with new and returning visitors. We hope our comfortable and spacious house will be a great base and home as you visit Saratoga's historic sights. Please don't hesitate to ask about recommendations for what to do, including restaurants, activities, and how to get around.

The Space
Our house features 1 master bedroom, 3 regular bedrooms, 4 complete bathrooms, full kitchen, and a basement with a complete entertainment center. In our backyard, you would not only have access to our pool and hot tub, but also the 25 acres of forever wild forest to adventure and explore. The only restricted part of the house is the locked room in the basement (which we use for additional storage).
Feel free to use any appliances in any part of the house (hair dryer, coffee machine, etc). I will leave coffee and tea for you to use.

Location
Our house is located at the head of a cul-de-sac in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood. We are a quick 10 minute drive from the downtown area and racetrack. You would be able to easily access all the wonderful offerings Saratoga Springs through a quick drive, including the State Park, Performing Arts Center, and Saratoga Lake. You are also 5 minutes away from the Wilton Mall which has a movie theater and grocery store.

Make sure you let me know when you plan to arrive and I will meet you at the house to give you the keys.
For check out, just leave your keys on the kitchen counter when you are ready to and easy!

My family and I — my daughters 32 and 16, my son 29 and his girlfriend — enjoyed a wonderful four night stay over the long Labor Day weekend. Couldn’t be happier!
Beautiful home, setting and neighborhood!
We loved the pool, hot tub, back deck, finished basement with ping pong and fooseball. Great kitchen when we stayed in and cooked, too. Also an outside grill.
Owners Cindy and Manny were absolutely wonderful. Answers a couple questions we had right away. Also left us a beautiful welcome basket!
All the amenities we needed, too! Comfy beds, pillows, etc.
Great 3 mile loop around gorgeous neighborhood for morning runs and walks.
Plenty of bikes for us to use, too!
Very upscale neighborhood, yet private, just a few miles outside downtown Saratoga Springs.
We absolutely loved it, and will be back! Thank you again, Cindy & Manny! 😊😊😊

Myself and 9 adults stayed at the house for a long weekend by the pool and visiting the track and surrounding areas. We could not have been more happy with our choice. The house was great for entertaining and we spent most of our time outside on the deck, by the pool, or in the large grassy yard. It is incredibly well stocked for cooking large meals and there is plenty of space on all 3 floors for people to lounge, hang out, or crash. Cindy and Manny were awesome and gave us plenty of good tips and ideas for things to do around the house. We would absolutely consider coming back for another long weekend.

This is our 3rd or 4th time staying at this house, the hosts are lovely and very responsive and the house is a gem! Beautiful property and amazing pool, coming back every year has been the best

Honestly, the pictures don't do justice to the house - very big, luxurious, and lots of little amenities Cindy left available for use (drinks, towels, pool gear, snacks, toiletries, etc etc etc).The house is huge, the yard even bigger, and slept 12 people very comfortably (could have had more!)Cindy was also very easy to work with to get it all planned and the house ready for our stay!
