About this house rental
Welcome to Hacienda howdy! The ultimate party pad and homebase. Colorful murals and neon lights for Instagram worthy (not pictured) group pics. Large, amazing pool and yard for grilling, chilling and floating with your Besties. This 4 bedroom updated space is Only 20 minutes from the airport and downtown and minutes from a handful of local fun breweries, the domain (bars and restaurant and shopping). Fully stocked and ready to host your crew.
Private well cared for home with Four bedrooms- all queen beds. Two comfortable couches, air mattress if needed, indoor and outdoor dining areas and the best part of all is the amazing pool with privacy, ample seating area, colorful patio setting, string lights and a yard big enough for games and entertaining. Hacienda howdy is the perfect home base for your bachelor or bachelorette party.
The whole house. Sometimes garage remains locked. But access to everything else.
Self check in.
Young professionals have taken over the tech corridor, surprised of 1980s built homes the Up and coming area near Domain has access to tons of breweries, shopping, restaurants and the new soccer stadium. Easy access to Lamar, 183, Burnett Rd. Airport (20ish min) So close to so many local breweries (we bike there often) and Walnut Creek Park if you want to get in a good hike or mountain bike or take the dogs off leash.
I recommend downloading Lyft or Uber or Ride Austin for getting around. Using the metro for busy festival weekends (Kramer Station) or driving (but not if you'll be drinking-safety first!)
-Skimmer basket (round basket under tree in pool w lid) should be emptied daily to keep pool flowing and clean (pool cleaner runs better).
-Dump contents in grass by fence.
-If your stay is during a Thurs, please set trash bins (on left side of house) at curb Wed night (they come early).
-pool cleaner comes fridays (reminder I cannot control what kind of wind/debris happens before your stay but net on side fence if you need).
- patio lights- plug in by bench.
-grilling utensils in pantry. Use lighter to match in top left corner to grill. (Igniter broken)
-no glass outside
All I ask is that you have a good time, enjoy yourself and transparency for any issues/concerns or things to know! Including constructive feedback, thanks!
- If stay on a Thursday please set trash bins on side of home to curb for pick up
-Guest will not have access to garage or master closet
- No cats
- Pets are on a case-by-case approved basis dependent on breed, size, demeanor etc.
- Events/parties on a case by case basis.
-Noise- be respectful, nothing after 12midnight
- Anything over 8 people: 2ppl sleeping on air mattress provided/couch and costs guests money
-Pets: clean up after in the yard
