This recently remodeled four bedroom home contains four queen beds, a sofa, and an air mattress if needed. Kitchen stocked with coffee, coffee maker, serving ware and pool safe cups. Perfect for grilling and chilling in the large backyard, playing corn hole, or laying on the pool floats-this home has it all!
Note - the pool can come heated. Need 48hr notice and $150 extra charge for natural gas.
You have access to the entire house, pool, and the shed outside
My friend Gina and I are your Airbnb hosts. We try to respond as quickly as possible and address any issues if we can. We manage about nine homes- ask about our others if needed!
Neighborhood is a nice mix of people and what I think of as a hidden gem in this pocket North of Central Austin. As the city continues to grow and more commercial space, bars, restaurants, office space open up nearby, it makes for plenty of options nearby! Tons of ethnic food so close by-not "fancy" and expensive but Authentic, easy to pick up too if you just want to chill inside as well.
Uber, Lyft and the metro rail is less than a mile away-you can use Kramer station.
I prefer Lyft (App like Uber) and avoid IH-35 when possible and use Burnet Rd and MoPac when possible.
Neighborhood is typically quiet, stay up as late as you want, but please don't carry late night noise and shenanigans into the yard and turn off any exterior lights, patio lights, shut garage door before turning to bed.
