• Cozy fireplace for relaxing evenings after the slopes
• Welcoming foyer
• Garage ski wall hangers to store your ski gear with ease
• Free driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles

We kindly ask that you leave the home in the same condition at check-out as it was when you arrived.
Do not tamper with the settings of the thermostat.

The house was beautiful, inside and out. The host was very welcoming and available via text in case we needed anything. Home was very cozy, roomy, warm and brand new. Beds were comfy, parking was easy, neighborhood was quiet. Less than 10 minute drive to Holiday Valley. Less than 5 min drive to downtown Ellicottville or 15-minute walk via very well-maintained sidewalk. Looking forward to staying here again!

Spacious, clean, comfortable and a great location. We enjoyed our 2 nights there very much and had a fun ski weekend! The snacks on the counter when we arrived were a nice touch! Thanks!
