100m from the sea - 3 bedrooms - 8 persons Large, modern and sunny apartment with 3 rooms and side sea view located on the Zeelaan 100m from the sea. Wifi. Completely refurbished in 2024 Pets are allowed. Layout The apartment consists of a hall, living room with open modern fitted kitchen, bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. New composition of the bedrooms will be: 1 bedroom with double bed and bunk bed; 1 bedroom with double bed and the 3rd bedroom remains with double bed.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
