Large, sunny apartment with 4 bedrooms, 200m from the sea, between Koksijde and St-Idesbald. Garage included. Wifi and digital TV. Pets allowed. Bathroom with bath and toilet and separate toilet. There is an elevator in the building. Layout The apartment consists of a hall, large living room/dining room with open and fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. This room has a private shower, sink and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a room with 2 single beds. Note: There is a discount of 10% instituted due to ongoing construction work that involves noise pollution and may affect the peace and quiet of the area.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
