Set in the heart of the Vallée de la Molignée, this 5-bedroom holiday home in Sosoye (Anhée) is perfect for families or groups of up to 14 guests. Enjoy a private heated swimming pool, infrared sauna, and furnished garden with a lounge set and barbecue, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Just 30 m from the La Molignée river and 50 m from the forest, the home is surrounded by nature. Restaurants are within walking distance, and Mettet (13 km) and Anhée (9 km) offer shops and services. For day trips, visit Dinant, Profondeville, or enjoy watersports and hiking nearby.
Inside, the home features a modular kitchen, fireplace, and a recreation room with air hockey. There’s also a cot, high chair, and ample parking. Please note: no groups under 21, no student or bachelor parties, and quiet hours apply. A stylish and serene Ardennes retreat.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
