Casa Perciata is located in one of the most picturesque and scenic spots in the Gulf of Mondello, 2 km southeast of the famous golden beach. Near the house, you’ll find several accessible coves nestled in a stunning sea, fully equipped beaches, a marina, a small supermarket, a hair salon, a church, pizzerias, and restaurants. The area also holds archaeological and naturalistic interest due to the presence of the famous and unique cave paintings in the Paleolithic Addaura Cave. The center of Mondello, the golden beach, the well-equipped beach clubs, the picturesque square, and the numerous restaurants, shops, and ice cream parlors are a 5-minute drive away, while it takes 15 minutes to reach the historic city center of Palermo and its world-famous monuments. Not far from the property is a public transportation stop with service to and from Palermo. The owners also offer a shuttle service to and from the famous and enchanting Mondello beach.
