Nestled in the heart of the lively and historic Pendleton neighborhood, our home away from home invites you to experience the epitome of walkable urban living. Dubbed "OTR" by the locals, this vibrant district is filled with character, culture, and endless entertainment. Tucked away at the intersection of the charming Dodt Alley & Widdell Alley*, our unit offers a tranquil retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. Step out of the alleyways, and you'll find yourself mere steps away from exciting destinations, including the Hard Rock Casino, the Belle Event Centre, and the heart of Over-the-Rhine. Whether you're into gaming, outdoor activities, or exploring the city's culinary scene, everything you desire is right at your fingertips. The Dodt offers the perfect balance – close to the action yet tucked away for a peaceful night's sleep.
Our main focus with The Dodt was to create a space that truly feels like a home amid the city. We've carefully designed this unit to be your urban oasis, providing all the comforts you need for a memorable stay.
*Before booking please read: we are smoke-free, pet-free, do not allow parties, and have a 4-person max. We are located at the intersection of two quiet alleyways with graffiti on surrounding buildings that we feel adds to the unique charm of the area. Alleyways are well-lit, contain motion sensor lights, and are monitored with security cameras. We've had no problems in our little hideaway! If that all sounds good to you we look forward to hosting you!
** Parking tips: There are some areas of free street parking mixed in along the paid and permit parking along the streets around the apartment. You just have to read the signs to make sure you’re in a free parking zone. There are also several paid parking lots close by which most of our guests use. The closest is across from Braxton Brewing at Broadway St. and 13th. You can use the CincyEZPark app which makes it very convenient. There are also a few paid parking garages nearby - Zeigler Garage and A&D Garage.
