No towels can be hung on the balconies or the railings.
Do not throw anything from balconies.
Do not feed seagulls from balconies.
Towels do not leave units.
Do not remove the lounge chairs from the outside pool deck.
Noise becomes an annoyance during odd hours of the day, such as early morning or late evening when most people are resting. Therefore, excessively disturbing noises in dwelling or the common elements which interfere with the rights, comforts or other conveniences of neighbors are not allowed. Noise from television, stereo equipment, musical instruments, and people should be always kept at a minimum and especially during the hours of 11:00 p.m. through 8:00 a.m.

The place was very nice and very clean! Perfect location to all the bars and restaurants, and loved having beach access right in front of the property which overlooked the ocean! Only downfall was there is no beach towels, so need to bring your own.

We really enjoyed our stay at 7th Heaven. Convenient location, more than enough room for our 3 adults. The pool and beach access was very easy. Would rent again.

Great location and had all we needed. 30 second walk to the beach. Good choice if you want to be centrally located and close to everything.

I booked this listing for our annual family vacation. This place did not disappoint. The host was very friendly and helpful. The listing was just as pictured or even better than advertised, check in and check out was very accommodating. I would recommend this vacation place with beautiful ocean views to anyone looking into vacation with family in an amazing resort.
Parking was no issue and parking passes are provided, but please be mindful of the people who park near or next to you as the lot will fill up.
