No towels can be hung on the balconies or the railings.
Do not throw anything from balconies.
Do not feed seagulls from balconies.
Do not remove the lounge chairs from the outside pool deck.
Noise becomes an annoyance during odd hours of the day, such as early morning or late evening when most people are resting. Therefore, excessively disturbing noises in dwelling or the common elements which interfere with the rights, comforts or other conveniences of neighbors are not allowed. Noise from television, stereo equipment, musical instruments, and people should be always kept at a minimum and especially during the hours of 11:00 p.m. through 8:00 a.m.
Guest agrees to instant cancellation with no refund for parties or pets.

We had a great time ! So much to do and see close to the condo. Everything was perfect - clean and beautiful place ! We'll be back for sure !!

My stay was 100% great. Very spacious, nice rooms and bed sizes. I would suggest providing toiletries and bathing rags. 10/10 definitely would return!!!!
