* This spacious 2-bedroom condo is located on the 2nd floor(no elevator) at River Oaks
just a short drive to the beach, shopping, dining, and top golf courses.
*The condo features a comfortable living area with plenty of natural light
*a fully equipped kitchen
*a private balcony perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
* With two cozy bedrooms, it’s ideal for families, friends, or golf getaways.
The Space:
*2 bedrooms/2 bath condo
*on the 2nd floor (must climb stairs)
*1 king bed, 1 queen bed and pullout sofa in the living room.
* Can accommodate 6 guests
*Washer and dryer available in the unit.
*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room leads to the balcony.
*Sheets and linens provided.
*Free WiFi and smart TV available.
*Pets are not allowed.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.
Guest Access:
*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.
*Access the pool with white access card. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)
*No mailbox for this location.
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is available with parking tag only, please hang it in your vehicle. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken parking tag.
