About this cottage rental

Minimum rental 1 week in July-August and 4 days outside this period.
In an old Charente farmhouse located in a hamlet, the Clos des Séguineries has 6 comfortable charming cottages with heated swimming pool from June to September on a hectare of fully enclosed land.
Located 20 minutes from Saintes, 30 minutes from Royan and 40 minutes from Cognac; Between history, archaeology, museums, castles, amusement parks, ocean, rivers, estuary, etc., you will spend a rich and varied holiday by mixing rest, fun activities and cultural visits.
The EAU cottage, 90 m², air-conditioned, can accommodate up to 5 people very comfortably.
What makes it so charming? Exposed beams, a cosy living room, attic bedrooms, a garden area.
Upstairs you will find 2 beautiful mezzanine bedrooms, each served by a staircase (see photos). The 1st with a 160 cm bed and the 2nd with 3 90 cm beds, one of which is separated by a partition (small alcove).
On the first floor, there is the shower room-WC, a beautiful living room with 2 sofas, armchair, television, open to the living room and the equipped kitchen.
This cottage has a private and flowery garden: terrace and garden 70 m², with garden tables, parasol and deckchairs.
The swimming pool and the large green area with games are to be shared with holidaymakers from the other cottages of the Clos des Séguineries.
Our cottages are completely independent of each other and can accommodate from 4 to 6 people.
Linen for the beds is provided.
A flat rate of 105 kWh per week of electricity is included.
The cleaning package is optional (contact us).
Baby cot on request.
