About this house rental
Located 200 metres from Carlyon Bay Beach, and a short coastal walk to Charlestown, Blue Cottage is a modern home sleeping up to 8 guests. Lovingly decorated in a Coastal Chic style in fitting with it's surroundings. All bedrooms offer sea views!
The property sits on a private road in a calm residential area set back from the beach with a Championship Golf Course and South West Coast Path almost outside the front door. Guests can also book to use the nearby Carlyon Bay Hotel Spa to truly unwind.

Walkthrough...
Arriving to the property there's space for up to 4 cars on the private driveway directly outside.
Entering the property through a covered porch area you arrive in the hallway. To the right is a useful utility/boot room with washing machine and separate drier and ample room for storing water sports gear and Golf Clubs. There's also a handy WC.
Continue through into the living area where the rest of the ground floor is open plan. There's a large main living room with Smart TV and comfy seating leading out to a patio with outdoor furniture. At the end of the room is a large dining table that can seat up to 8.
Off this room is a separate snug with rattan seating and second Smart TV. This leads out to the South facing terrace with further outdoor seating, a dining table and charcoal BBQ.
The stunning Kitchen completes the ground floor with breakfast bar, range style cooker and Belfast sink. It's well equipped with everything you need for your holiday including Nespresso machine (classic pods).
Head upstairs and there are 4 bedrooms. 3 x King rooms and 1 x Twin room.
All rooms are spacious, offer ample storage and have high end linens alongside sea views.
One King room is en-suite, and off the landing is a large family bathroom with bath, hand shower attachment, WC and wash-basin. There is also an additional shower room with a WC.
Outside the property has a fully enclosed lawned garden suitable for children and pets. There's also a wraparound terrace with outdoor seating and a charcoal BBQ.
