Charming, bright apartment with parquet flooring and high ceilings in a prestigious, detached old building with a small garden. Fantastic location in the French quarter of Haidhausen: quiet, yet central and easily accessible by public transport. The Isar river, cafes, bakeries, and supermarket are just around the corner. Fully furnished, including flat-screen TV, hi-fi, washing machine, and fully equipped kitchen. The perfect alternative to an expensive, impersonal hotel. A cozy apartment where you can feel at home!

Great apartment building with elevator (lift) and own dedicated basement washing machine. Nice kitchen. Very convenient for s bahn. Werner was very welcoming and helpful. Neighborhood restaurants were nice. Only critique is there wasn’t enough dedicated space for guests (closet and drawers). Have stayed in VRBOs that owner uses but never before one where owner lives. if you are a light traveler it may not be a problem but we could have used a little more cleared away spaces.
