Wonderful Ocean View from this 2nd back and just 1 back from an oceanfront townhouse. Very nice property with all amenities. Nicely furnished. Granite kitchen counters & newly remodeling bathrooms. Lovely ocean view from the living room & living room deck. 2bdrms on the ground level, LR/DR/Kit & 1/2 bath on 2nd floor, and 2bdrms on 3rd floor. This property has 2 master bdrms. 2 off street parking + 1Dewey Permit w/dep.
Please Note: Lease will be emailed from a local real estate company. There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy separately which is stated in the lease agreement.

Effective Jan 1, 2025, a State Tax of 4.5% has been incorporated by the State of DE in addition to the current municipality accommodations tax of 3% in Dewey.
After Labor Day availability and rates must be confirmed with the property owner by Crowley Assoc.
