Our Casa Bella home is located in the Mountain Valley Subdivision in the heart of Concan and is the perfect place to relax outside and still have all the amenities you need inside the home. Case Bella sleeps 18 people comfortably, and has big, vaulted ceilings in the open kitchen and living room. But who comes to Concan to stay inside the house? That's what makes Casa Bella special. Outside you have a back porch that runs the length of the house. Inside the security fence, giving access to the pool, you also get a huge pavilion that has a bar and also seating at the wonderful outdoor tables. This pavilion, unlike any other in Concan, also has an evaporative cooler that will blow cool crisp air even on the hottest of days. Other amenities outside include a bbq pit, basketball court (on caliche), swing set, horseshoe pits, and of course the pool.
What good is a house in Concan if you still have to pay money every day to get into the crystal clear Frio River? Casa Bella also offers free river access at the famous Concan Swimming Hole.

Great property! Plenty of room for our group of 10 adults and 4 kids at Casa Bella! It was very clean and welcoming. The owners were very responsive if we needed anything. They had everything we needed in house and were quick to help us if we had questions. We loved that we didn’t have to worry about bringing linens and loved hanging out in the back yard. You’re out in the hill country so bring close toed shoes for the back yard the stickers are bad.

Family get together total of 9 children 13yrs to 1.5 years plus 6 adults lots of space. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and we loved the back yard and pool - however listed there was a hot tub there was not. Houses in the neighborhood close together so be mindful you will hear their music. We loved the stay and will book again.

Not going to lie I was scared I was scammed in the beginning due to the lack of reviews- but thankfully I was very very wrong. It looks like just new owners are in charge now and it was a great stay. We had a group of 12 (6 couples) and there was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the pool, volleyball, and swings -lots of cooking opportunities and space there and over all was very relaxing. It is very close next to two other homes so not as pricey in the back but it was still a great time for us.Check in was the easiest thing I’ve ever experienced with these types of rentals and checkout was also fairly easy. We were able to float the river with no problem and it was just a short drive down to the drop off and pick up locations. My family and friends really enjoyed our time here and we definitely will be back next year for our river trip.

Place was amazing! The kids really enjoyed the pool! The pool lights weren't working and the AC was acting up, but Shane has very quick with responding. Overall it was a great place and we would definitely recommend and stay again!

This was a great house considering the river was low. Kids enjoyed the pool, enjoyed the outdoor hangout area. Each room had tvs, house was very clean. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay.
