Modern townhome located in desirable Annafeld subdivision. This area has a local coffee shop, smaller upcoming businesses, walking trails by the river, plus green spaces for recreation and parks. It's close to Billings west end shopping and restaurants, a hop skip to downtown and minutes from the Billings medical corridor. This townhouse has an open floor plan concept- main level includes: living room, kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and powder bathroom. Upstairs offers 2 bedrooms, each bedroom has their own private bathroom and a laundry room with brand new washer/dryer. Outdoor space includes a back patio with dining area and two designated parking spots. A light, bright living room with large cozy couch makes this room inviting to entertain and watch your 55" smart TV. Complete kitchen with a glass stove-top, oven, full sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, etc. and coffee maker. Enjoy dining at the table or at the breakfast bar. The upstairs bedrooms are both comfortable with linens provided, each bedroom has their own bathroom which includes hand and bath towels. This is a wonderful condo and a great host! So clean and comfortable. It was a gathering place for some family members after a memorial service, and it was a perfect place to connect and share memories. Everyone was so grateful for the location. I highly recommend!
