About this house rental
Sit beneath a 80-yr Elm that shades the deck all day in this quiet established neighborhood 1.8 miles from downtown.
• Everything is brand new from flooring to furniture, appliances, mattress...only premium upgrades throughout
• Top-of-the-line 75” & 55" QLED TVs for immersive HDR theater experience
• 2 queen beds with trundle to sleep another. Oversized sectional sleeps extra
• Full kitchen for the most demanding chef
• AC
• This is the main floor of a duplex with a private, secure entrance and lots of light
Other things to note:
1. Park in walking distance for kids and dogs
2. Home has AC
3. The backyard is the last phase of renovation under construction. While we have yet to install sprinklers and sod, we just poured a large cement slab and built a gazebo for outdoor use and BBQ'ing. While the backyard is the only shared space with the downstairs tenant, you have your own private patio on the front yard with its own bbq so up to you on whether to use the front or back. Note - propane for outdoor BBQ is responsibility of guest. If out, Ace Hardware is right around the corner for $11 refill.
4. Our next door neighbor is the maintenance man, retired veteran and unofficial neighborhood watch who has lived next door with his lovely wife since the 80's. Our co-host lives a few houses down and always has a new idea on how to make the home an even better experience for guests (she just won top home host in Montana!!). Anything you need they are happy to help.
