I believe this property was great for getting away to have a good rest between fair events. Very spacious, quiet, and has many amenities that someone could use for a more prolonged stay. We all enjoyed are quiet retreat here. However, if you are not good with stairs, this won't be exactly what you are looking for since the place is on the second floor.

we enjoyed our stay, it was like home. We were very comfortable. My 85 year old parents really enjoyed beiung able to lounge in the house after a long day. very comfortable.

Property was nice, it's an upstairs portion of a house with appropriate separation from the downstairs. Lots of seating in the living room which was great since there were 5 of us. Spencer was easy to get in touch with and very helpful. Overall this was a perfect place to hang out with family while we were in town for a wedding.
