Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.
Information to take into account:
Access to the property is made through a narrow rural path. Large vehicles may find the access somewhat limited.
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.
On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.
The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

Great place perfect for us and ideally located between Porte de Pollenca and Pollenca town. Quiet and good scenery. Lidl down the road very convenient.Downside, access in a big car almost impossible and it needs better signage and better visual clues to find the place as quite remote. Overall excellent place with lovely pool would stay again

Can Camarroja’s position surrounded by beautifullly tended gardens is exceptional. Walking around the garden areas was a delight. The villa is basic but more than adequate. We have been renting villas in Pollença for over 20 years via various companies and have always been supplied with an information book. The lack of villa/local information would, for a first time visitor, be quite disconcerting. A PDF could easily be attached to a confirmation e-Mail after booking.
We accept that arrival and departure times for accommodation are standard and with hindsight, a call to Sealand requesting a later villa exit time would maybe have been appropriate. BUT Please do not threaten customers with police action when they ask to stay an extra hour or so. The maids were quite happy to clean the villa around us. Most companies offer the option to stay longer depending on flight times.
We, therefore will not book with Sealand ever again. Shame, because we loved the villa. I am accepting the “review submission conditions” even though I can’t find them!
