Casa Vicenta with a private pool is a single-storey villa with mountain views situated in the peaceful and beautiful countryside between Pollenca and Port de Pollenca. From this convenient location, you have very easy and quick access to both resorts (10 minutes by car), a beautiful coastline, great beaches and a diversity of culture, shops and restaurants. The villa has 3 bedrooms (2 with air-conditioning) and sleeps a maximum of 4 guests. Inside, the house is spacious and airy and decorated in the local, traditional style with exposed stone walls and archways. There is a comfortable lounge with a wood burner, flat-screen satellite TV, Internet Wi-Fi, a pleasant dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms (one of which is en-suite to the double bedroom). Outside, the house is surrounded by hedgerows and mature trees providing its' guest with privacy whilst sunbathing or cooling down in the private swimming pool. For lovers of alfresco dining, an outdoor kitchen area with barbecue can be found poolside as well as a shaded dining terrace.
