Situated between Mancos and Dolores, you'll be in a great location to access all the Four Corners Region has to offer. After a long day of adventuring, take a dip in our hydrotherapy hot tub. Designed to relieve aches and pains, this state of the art tub seats 6 to 8 people - plenty of room for your whole party!
BED + BATH CONFIGURATION:
- Primary suite: King bed, TV, walk-in closet, soaking tub, stand alone shower, double vanity
- Secondary bedroom: Queen bed, TV
- Third (kids) bedroom: 2 bunk beds with twin mattresses on top and full mattress on bottom
- Secondary bathroom: Full bathroom with tub/shower, single vanity

The primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom with both a shower and a soaking tub, double vanities, and walk-in closet. 64 inch TV provides entertainment. French doors leading out onto the deck give you direct access to the outdoors while keeping the room light and airy.
The second bedroom features another king bed, writing desk, plenty of storage and a 43 in TV. Third bedroom has 2 bunkbeds with full mattresses on the bottom and twins on the top. Works great as a kid zone! Second bathroom, located in the hallway, has a tub/shower and one vanity.
The living room features a cozy gas powered fireplace and a spacious couch to fit the whole family! Cuddle up and binge your favorites on our 60 inch TV or play a game on our Xbox console. An additional desk in the living room gives you a dedicated space to work. French doors beckon you to step outside onto the spacious deck.
Open kitchen and dining area offers plenty of space to cook and gather. Large dining table seats 8 and the island creates 2 additional counter height seating spots. The bright and airy nook is a great spot to cozy up with your cup of coffee while enjoying a wonderful view.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook any meal you desire including all utensils, blender, rice cooker, plethora of pots/pans, coffee maker, kettle, induction cooktop stove, oven, full fridge/freezer. There’s even a bar area to store and mix your libations.
The large deck expands the living space with plenty of seating under a pergola. Cook up a meal on the BBQ grill while enjoying the Colorado sunshine and fresh mountain air. Our experience at Happy hikers haven was excellent— it was a nice retreat for our family. We enjoyed the surrounding views and stars at night. The house was very clean and spacious and attention to detail. We were never disappointed from the day we arrived to when we left. Thank you Sage Team!
