About this villa rental
Discover the magic of the Salento peninsula with lazy days on the beach, cultural excursions and hikes through the countryside.
Ideally situated a 5-minute walk from Spiaggiabella’s soft sandy beach, this spacious villa is the ideal choice for a relaxing summer vacation with large groups of friends or multiple families.
The perfect home-away-from-home the property comfortably sleeps up to thirteen guests and is surrounded by a landscaped garden with a lawn, ornamental plants and flowers.
The villa is ideally set up for outside living and enjoys a small swimming pools (for children), a sun terrace, a BBQ and a large, loggia where guests can relax with a book, watch TV or enjoy a long, lazy alfresco meal. There are also swings for the little ones, hammocks, quiet relaxation areas and a large balcony that surrounds the first floor.
Inside guests will find an elegant living room, furnished with a flat-screen TV, a large dining table and a double sofa bed. The separate kitchen has access to the courtyard and is equipped with; a cooker hob, an oven, a coffee machine and a fridge freezer.
Sleeping
There are five bedrooms two arranged over the ground floor and three on the first floor. All are fitted with mosquito nets
Bedrooms 1-3: The first three bedrooms enjoy a double bed and a wardrobe (the largest enjoys air conditioning).
Bedroom 4: The fourth bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a wardrobe
Bedroom 5: The fifth bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a single bed and a wardrobe
Extra: There is also a double sofa bed in the living room

Bathrooms 1 & 2: Both bathrooms are fitted with a shower, a bidet, a washbasin and a WC

The property is located on the eastern coast of the Salento peninsula between Torre Rinalda and Torre Chianca (a 5-minute drive) where guests will find all the major amenities including; bars, restaurants, grocery stores and a pharmacy. Guests can also find various excellent restaurants in Frigole (a 10-minute drive). The beautiful Baroque city of Lecce, known as the "Florence of the South" is a 15-minute drive and the charming seaside town of Gallipoli known for its historic old town, sandy beaches and vibrant nightlife is a 40-minute drive from the accommodation.
For guests in search of total relaxation, the fine white sandy beach of Spiaggiabella is a 5-minute walk away and characterised by crystal clear shallow waters sea that gradually deepen its ideals for both paddling and snorkelling. The Regional Natural Park "Bosco e Paludi di Rauccio" is a 6-minute drive away.
The closest international airport is Aeroporto di Brindisi (BDS) a 35-minute drive from the accommodation.

I was apprehensive booking with two babies under 2 and a 4 year old and 9 year old, but I needn’t have worried. Angelo looked after us amazingly. He replied straight away with any queries. Where do I begin ….. the Villa is absolutely amazing the beach is literally down the road , 5 min walk. It is a beautiful sandy beach. The kiddies pool in the Villa is amazing the kids were in it morning noon and night. The garden is fantastic for ball games , swings hammock everything you need is there. We hired two cars and felt it was a must as it is a little out of the way. Brindici Airport is only 35 mins away , which is great. The Villa is so spacious outside space and inside space . I would highly recommend Villa Erika. We had a wonderful holiday. We were 5 adults and 4 children, but would have room for more people. I would also recommend a trip to Alberobello it’s beautiful , it’s around 1 hour and 20 min drive.
