    A good hotel with an authentic Italian atmosphere, rustic charm, clean rooms, and friendly staff. During our stay, we had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Al Bano in the resort complex, and he was extremely kind and approachable, which made our experience even more memorable. The only minor inconvenience occurred at reception regarding our late check-out request. The issue was eventually resolved, but I believe there is still room for improvement in the way such situations are handled and in the overall customer-service attitude at the front desk. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would gladly return.
