Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Your reservation includes two parking passes totaling $70.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We were at the property for a short girls getaway on Labor Day weekend. The condo was great for 2 people and had everything we needed. It was close to the pool, beach and Tennis courts. The only thing we had trouble with was getting the parking pass because we thought at 7pm it would be considered after hours. Just being more clear that the passes are actually picked up on the resorts main building but other than that we had a great stay!

Our family took advantage of all that was offered: pickle ball, tennis, pool, beach, restaurant on property, walks, bike rides and more. We loved the area!
