The condo was in an awesome part of the island, we were 5-15 minutes away from anywhere we went. The staff were very helpful with getting a parking pass and explaining how to get to the condo. Upon arrival the condo was clean and comfortable, with the best view of the ocean! We were here only for 2 nights but I liked that the owner had different beach accommodations such as chairs, umbrellas, buggies, etc. the owner was very detailed in instructions on how to access things around the property and in the room.
Not on the owner at all but very rarely did we get to park near the building, the parking “spots” were not marked so people were parking however and wherever they pleased leaving many other tenants to park at the very end of the building and walk.

The view and the beach access were incredible - better than most of the other buildings in the complex. The condo had everything you could possibly need! I especially enjoyed the comfortable recliner at the end of the day! The owner took obvious pride in the place and provided information about all the amenities in the condo, from the new appliances, to chairs and tables for dining on the balcony, to speakers you could hook up to with bluetooth, to beautiful dimming lights and fans, to the lighthouse decor, etc, etc… Plenty of towels, blankets, beach chairs and umbrellas also provided. The boardwalks to the beach (two of them) were just steps from the building. And the resort itself offers numerous activities, such as bike rentals, pickleball, other games, bar/restaurants, beautiful pools. The communication from the owner was excellent - he provided detailed directions for driving there and easily finding the condo. When we got there, the whole condo was super clean. This place was perfect, and the price was a bargain!
I can’t think of anything I didn’t like! I will say this - I was only traveling with one other person, and the size was perfect for us; however, it is on the small side. They list it as maximum sleeps 6, but they recommend just 4. I would agree with that - any more than 4 and it would probably feel pretty small.
