DRIVEWAY INCLUDES:
- EV CHARGER ($25 per day to use)
- PARKING: Up to 6 cars fit
- SECURITY: For your safety there are 4 exterior security cameras (facing out), 1 camera is located on the front porch facing the porch and front yard, 1 camera is on the back patio facing the patio and backyard, 1 camera is located at the driveway facing the driveway and property entrance, and 1 camera faces the badminton court. The cameras are outward-facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected.
- PROPANE FOR GRILL & FIREPIT: We do not refill propane tanks. We work off an honor system with the propane tanks. We ask that each guest refills or switches out the tank if it's empty or low at the end of their stay. Upon booking, we provide instructions on the closest places that provide propane.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
The property requires 4 steps to enter and stairs to access the bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Guests do not have access to the garage and some locked owners closets.
We may require further guest verification upon booking. This would include the main guest on the reservation providing personal contact information, a photo of their ID and a selfie with the ID.

The house had the amenities it said it did. However, it was much less bright and smaller than appeared in the pictures. The upstairs had a musty smell and the only view of the private lake was from an upstairs window. The private lake was extremely narrow and uninviting with no one else using it, so we did feel comfortable to use the kayaks. The master bedroom’s lights were tricky to turn off so we ended up sleeping with them on. And another bedroom’s light did not work. Had these things been presented more accurately and we had chosen the house as it was in reality, it would have been ok (except for the musty smell and inability to turn off / on bedroom lights). But since it was presented as a very bright, large home with a view of the lake, it was quite disappointing.
