Experience the best of coastal living at our exquisite 3B/2B condo, located just a short 15 minute drive from the sun-soaked shores of Lewes, DE. Nestled in a prime location, our condo offers not only proximity to the beach but also easy access to an array of other attractions, including charming restaurants, delightful tax-free shopping venues, and the historic town of Lewes. Our condo offers the added advantage of being within walking distance to both Nassau Vineyards & Beach Time Distilling.
The space
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and spacious living area. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, creating an ideal space for entertaining or relaxing with your loved ones.
Living Area:
You'll find a cozy and inviting living area complete with comfortable couches (including a pull-out sofa), a smart TV with Firestick, a gas fireplace for the off-season cooler months, as well as an assortment of family friendly games.
Kitchen & Dining:
The kitchen boasts modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the necessary cookware and utensils needed for guests to make home cooked meals on vacation. Enjoy your meals at our breakfast bar or the adjacent dining room table that seats six.
Bed and Bath:
Our condo features three comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide a peaceful retreat after a day of fun.
Primary suite: Located separately from the other two bedrooms, our primary suite boasts a plush queen-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom, complete with a luxurious jetted tub and updated shower.
First guest bedroom: Our first guest bedroom offers a cozy, queen-size bed and easy access to the second full bathroom which features a bathtub/shower combination.
Second guest bedroom and office space: The second guest bedroom not only offers a comfortable sleeping arrangement but also provides a private work space, allowing guests to comfortably catch up on work, engage in remote meetings, or simply have a quiet space for reading and studying. In addition to the work area, the second guest bedroom also includes a day bed with a trundle that can sleep two individuals.
* Please note, linens (including sheets, bath and beach towels) will not be included. There WILL be pillows and comforters on each bed. Linens can be rented by an outside company which I can provide the details for if interested *
* We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, dishwasher tablets, trash bags and we will get you started on paper towels and toilet paper *
Outdoor Area:
Private outdoor balcony: Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine while overlooking our community pond and fountain.
Storage closet:
Beach toys, umbrella, chairs, games and other beach items are located in the storage closet directly across from the front door.
Seasonal community pool and bbq area:
When you're not out enjoying the sun and sand at the beach, take advantage of our beautiful community pool. Dive into the sparkling pool, lounge on the sundeck with a good book, or gather with friends and family at the communal barbecue area for a cookout. The pool is accessible with the provided key card. There is a $50 replacement fee for lost key cards.
Pool is open from Memorial Day - Labor Day and the daily hours are 7 AM - 9 PM.
There is a gas Weber grill and picnic tables located near the pool. Please clean the grill following each use (brushes are provided below the grill).
Extra Perks & More Details:
Extra perks include complimentary wi-fi and a stackable washer and dryer with complimentary laundry detergent.

Place was clean, cute, and quiet. Owner was easily accessible. I appreciated all the beach toys and stuff in the closet. I also loved how close the winery was. I walked there so I could drink. It was maybe a 20 minute walk? My friends drove and it was probably 5 minutes. There's a lot of shady spots. We spread out a blanket for their baby and we spent a few hours there at a picnic table. There's also a museum at the winery we enjoyed walking through. We went to Lewes beach one day, Rehoboth beach another. Both were maybe a 15 minute drive, easy to get to. (One tip: Lewes beach allows tents. Rehoboth doesn't. You can bring and umbrella or rent an umbrella there and they'll put it in for you.) There aren't black out curtains, so know that if you have toddlers they will wake around sunrise. But baby/toddler sleep schedules on vacation are always going to be different -- it was fine! I highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans, that made cooking easy. All rooms had nice furniture and beds. The walkout from the master was nice to have and the water retention pond between the buildings was nice to watch a great white heron in the first couple of days. In general the room was quiet and allowed us to sleep soundly. We appreciated being able to do small laundry loads during the stay. The pool was a nice break from the beach. The set of condos is located off the busy main Route 1 which required some speedy driving to get across to Lewes beach turn from the main exit and a U-turn to get back around to the entrance. We enjoyed our time there very much.

We stayed a long weekend for a lacrosse tournament. The condo was close to everything, but just right on the edge of town that it didn’t feel busy. Less than a 15min drive to Cape Henlopen. The pool was amazing and short walking distance. The condo was gorgeous and very clean. The condo was stocked with everything you could need. We stayed as a family of 5 plus grandparents and we all had plenty of room in the condo. The communication from Christie was quick and we were even able to get into the condo a little early on check in day. We can’t wait to book another trip to this condo!
