A new washer and dryer are conveniently located on this floor.

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks in July,2026. This property was listed with two Rehoboth Beach parking passes. The owner did not provide any parking passes. This did not impact our vacation significantly; however, this was certainly disappointing.The other item that was not as stated was a ‘fully stocked kitchen’ with a ‘ten cup coffee maker.’ There were enough dishes, but there was limited silverware and full-size coffee mugs. There was a poorly made five-cup coffee maker provided; insignificant, but a source of displeasure. The house itself was relatively clean and neat. The air conditioning worked very well, and the beds and pillows were sufficiently comfortable. The house gets direct sun, and the window coverings did little to block the sun (morning sun in the back of the house, afternoon sun in the front of the house). There was no grill.The house is near Georgetown-Lewes bike trail. We were able to park our bikes at the back of the house without any issue. There are also two very nice beach chairs provided.The house is across from the small community pool and there are tables, chairs & umbrellas provided.The owner was communicative and helpful. We did not have any need to report issues during our stay.This is what was provided: shampoo and conditioner in the showers, kitchen soap, dishwasher soap, one laundry pod, one roll of paper towels, a handful of paper plates, bowls and napkins, toilet tissue, one box of tissues. We had to bring our own linens.
