The Utopian Groove Studio

This is an add-on space to the Cherry Nirvana Space. It can also be rented independently. This is the downstairs unit, and as such there is a bit of sound transfer from the upstairs. We do have posted quiet hours for both units.

The [Utopian] Groove studio can accommodate 4+ guests to sleep, but also be turned into a bit of an event space, for dinner gatherings and paint parties.

** No cleaning fees

Well behaved / quiet pets are permitted with an additional pet deposit and prior approval.

This suite was created to host paint parties for the Utopian Bizarre owner, Jill. However, we created a convertible space to allow for a guest stay, but also add on to the Cherry Nirvana Suite to create a whole house rental that can accommodate a small dinner or paint party.

The downstairs "Groove" has a wheelchair ramp and spacious front porch. The room that guests enter through can be used as a living room to watch the TV, or the furniture can be moved to accommodate chairs and tables to create a dinner party of paint party space.

To the right, is the stairs that lead to the second suite (which are locked off if only renting one of the suites), Then moving to the left there is a door to the kitchen and a small bedroom (with a bunk bed), and finally to the left is a door to the bedroom with a murphy queen bed and the bathroom.

The queen sized murphy bed can be collapsed to create additional space for tables / chairs.

Guests will share the driveway, but have exclusive access to the downstairs unit and front porch.

The basement is used as storage for the hosts, so you may periodically see the hosts on the property to access the basement. However, the suite is independent of the basement entrance and guests are given privacy

There are no cleaning fees, however if extra "elbow grease" is required to clean the suite, it will be charged back to the guest. Regular wear and tear is included in the guest cost. A cleaning list is supplied should there be any questions or concerns.
