You will awaken in one of the luxury bedrooms to the fragrance of freshly baking croissant and home made giant cinnamon rolls. Stroll down stairs to grab your pastry and favorite coffee house drink! You can enjoy them on your private New Orléans style balcony wile you watch the Bald Eagles, Paddle Wheelers and the Pelicans floating across the unobstructed views of the mighty Mississippi river.
This suite is a spacious 2,000 square foot with 3 large bedrooms and 2 luxury bathrooms, 1 with a jetted tub. The designer kitchen is large and spacious with ample cabinetry. Full line of appliances Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Keurig, etc... The large dining room has plenty of space to host. Off of the back luxury bedroom is a garden area with seating and a 2 person hot tub "seasonal". Of course, Wi-Fi and huge flat panel televisions to catch your favorite movie or game!

The Baker Suite is a large apartment located above a unique chocolate shoppe/bakery/boutique in quaint Bellevue IA. We entered Field of Chocolate Dreams and was warmly greeted by our host Chris and her friendly staff, Naomi,Trinity and Tessa. While viewing the shops offerings we were given complimentary chocolates that are made on site. Absolutely delicious! We rode an old time elevator to access our apartment upstairs. So unique! It was also very welcome. We didn't pack light and the elevator eliminated multiple trips up a narrow stairway.The apartment is a beautifully furnished with 3 br and 2 ba with modern kitchen and large dining room. A fun little hot tub is located on the back porch off the rear bedroom. There is a walk out balcony in the living room that offers a beautiful view of the the town and Mississippi river.During our stay we visited Maquoketa Caves State Park and Dubuque's Millwork District. Highly recommend! Bellevue is a quaint, clean and safe little town that appears to be undergoing a wonderful transformation. A number of buildings are under renovation and I look forward to a return visit to discover what Bellevue IA has to offer.Also noteworthy, our host is also owner of Mont Rest. This beautiful bed and breakfast is the crown jewel of Bellevue and is located just a few blocks from The Baker Suite. Visit Bellevue. It does not dissapoint!

Great set-up for our family while in the area for an unfortunate time. Wish it would have been under better circumstances.
