About this house rental
This comfortable home is a 2 BR 1 BA with a full kitchen and off street parking was turned into a home away from home in 2019. It is 1 block away from the Mississippi River and within walking distance to local shops, restaurants bars, parks, and walking trails. The local grocery store is located directly across the street. Well behaved pets are welcome. The backyard is completely fenced in. NO SMOKING INSIDE.
We are located along the Canadian Pacific Railroad and there will be trains going by.
The space: Bedroom 1 has 1 queen and 1 twin with a trundle bed underneath. (VRBO only has an option to select bunk bed. It is not a bunk)
Bedroom 2 has 1 twin bed.
In the living room is a sleeper sofa and TV.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, baking dishes, mixing bowls, measuring utensils, muffin tins, popcorn supplies, tea and coffee supplies, slow cooker, pitchers, children's plates and sippy cups, as well as the standard dinnerware. There is a full size gas grill available upon request for guest use.
Laundry and supplies are available to use as needed in the home.
Our place has ramps in the front and back, no steps in the home, and a walk in shower.
The brick side of the home is a separate unit with a long term tenant.
Guest access: You will have access to the entire yard. There are no shared common areas.
Other things to note: Our home is located along the Canadian Pacific Railroad, running straight through the middle of Bellevue. This is an active railroad with trains going through at random times throughout the day/night. Please do not take stars away from your review based on the location along the tracks as we are upfront that there are trains going through. Most guests are not bothered by it. It is a huge part of Bellevue and runs through the entire town.
We try to accommodate early check in or late check out as much as possible. Please reach out if you need this and we will do our best to help out. We also request that no shoes be worn in the home. If you need shoes inside, please plan ahead and bring shoes that are only used inside. This prevents tracking in stuff from outside and taking a toll on the floors. Respecting this request is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

This was a trial run for traveling with our dogs. The house was clean, stocked with essentials and the fenced area out back was perfect for the dogs. Walking distance to most everything you could want.

Queen bed and single bed in nice one large bedroom. Kids bed in the second small bedroom leads to a small sitting room with one chair and a bookshelf. Location is great - is walking distance from grocery store. Big kitchen. Big washroom. Good dining room and tv room.
