This authentic Istrian stone house is located in the village Rosini, 6 km from Porec, and just 3 km away from the sea.
The house was built at the beginning of the 20th century, and it was completely renovated in authentic Istrian style. This house represents one of the most successful examples of the restoration of an Istrian house, and offers to its guests an outstanding level of comfort combined with a unique atmosphere of an over 100 years old stone house.
Located on its own land of 300 sqm, with a lovely lawn and hundred years old olive trees, the Villa Rosini offers to its guests a swimming pool, a spacious terrace, barbecue with oven and parking places for two cars.
The Villa is for 8 people with a total of 150 sqm. On the ground floor there's a completely equipped kitchen, a dining/living room with a table for 10 people and an open fireplace, satellite TV and DVD-player, shower/toilet. On the first and the second floor there are in total 4 double-bedrooms, each with its own shower/toilet, satellite-TV and minibar, one of them with exit to a spacious terrace with view of the pool.
NOTICE: The guests can use a free entrance in the holiday resort Lanterna during their stay.
