Villa Palma with Grill & Pool

Very beautiful villa. At ground floor a very big living room area with a fully equipped kitchen with a nice coffee and capuccino machine, induction cooker, microwave, dishwashing machine, two fridges, a big table for 8 people or more, a snack table, and a big sofa in front of a big tv, and a nice terrace with another table. You will find 4 bed rooms (3 at ground floor with double bed, and 1 at first floor with two single beds). 2 bathrooms in the house (one for each floor) and 1 more that serves the swimming pool (very useful). A nice tv in each room. Air conditioners in the common areas that make good temperature in the rooms if you keep door opened for a while. Lovely private swimming pool with salted water (wonderful choice), with a lovely living area on the swimming pool with a double barbecue (gas and wood), a big table to have lovely dinners outside, and a lot of deck chairs. Another shower on the swimmin pool. We found a beautiful present by the owner in the house, very kind. . It has been the perfect situation for us, we were two families, 8 people. Our 2 sons and 2 daughters, all teenagers really appreciated this villa. Perfect for two families with children. The villa is located, as many others villa, outside the city in a quiet zone, far about just 10 minutes by car from all the necessities. Distances: About 10 minutes far by car from Porec (Parenzo) lovely city full of nice shops and nice restaurants within a big pedestrian area (there are big parkin lots just before the pedestrian area, we paid 2 euros for each our) About 10 minutes far by car from the nice Materada Beach with a big free parking area. About less than 10 minutes far by car from the nearest big supermarket and bakeries. About 45 minutes far by car from the city of Pula. Happy of this choice if you want to spend your holiday in Istria.

Everything was good and nice. The mosquito nets just for one window in one room was a little broken, but in all the others was ok. Very positive experience for us. Excellent.
