The house has three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, all equipped with individual air conditioning, as well as the bright and comfortable living room, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring under the Mallorcan sun.
The great attraction of Es Mal Pas is its spectacular terrace with a private pool, from where you can enjoy panoramic views of the village and the rural landscape, creating a unique setting to relax or share moments with family.
At the rear, you will find a fully equipped barbecue area, perfect for outdoor dinners. Additionally, the property offers entertainment options for all ages, such as a ping-pong table and a trampoline, which will delight the little ones.
