About this house rental

This newly remodeled, clean, pet-free, house is located in a gated community close to Clovis Community Hospital.
It is ideal for a small group of family looking for sparkling clean residence for weeks or months.
all 3 bedrooms are upstairs, and all have queen beds.
large living area, private back yard and nicely remodeled kitchen
the master suite has its own bathroom with 2 sinks, separate shower and large tub.
the other 2 bedrooms share a full bath. Additional half bath is downstairs.
There is a washer and dryer in the dedicated laundry room.
2 car garage and additional driveway parking.
