85 inch tv, electric fireplace, Very fast 400mg internet, central heating and A/C with nest smart thermostat, dining room table, large comfortable couch, ceiling fan with led dimmer lights, black out curtains throughout.

Brand new large kitchen with quarts counter tops, large island, motion activated faucet and new appliances, Kureg coffe machine with pods, full set of pots pans dishes and utensils.

55 inch smart TV, master bath, clockradio alarm with wireless charging, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, large closet with full length mirror doors, wifi, dimmer lights.

Anti fog mirror, instant heat with tankless water heater, tiled throughout, stone counter top, tub/shower, full length mirror.

43 inch smart TV, clockradio alarm with wireless charging, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, large closet with full length mirror doors, wifi, dimmer lights.

Very secure. 4 total exterior ring cameras and flood lighting. The entire front and rear of the home are lit after dark 7 days a week. We have never had any safety issues.

Location is walking distance from downtown Clovis , 10m or less from the airport ideal for uber or lyft. Also ideal for traveling nurses only minutes from Clovis and Fresno hospitals.
