Sunny, totally renovated open 2 bedroom, 1 bath, unit in quiet 4-plex in beautiful Seward neighborhood. Top of the line mattresses for ultimate comfort. Fenced in backyard with pergola and firepit, off street parking, AC and very quiet. Close to everything. 1/2 blk to NiceRide bike station & 2 blks to bike path, 5 minutes to US Bank Stadium, Gopher's stadium, St. Thomas, Macalester, St. Catherine, & Minneapolis Convention Center. Great restaurants, grocery stores & Mississippi River all within walking distance. Blocks from Metro Blue Line Train for easy access to Mall of America, both airports, Target Field TCF Bank Stadium.

Very quiet. Great beds/mattresses. Not fancy, but has everything you might need. Clean, but a few cobwebs around. Enjoyed morning coffee in the backyard & the Cardinals that perched on the fence. Good little cafe at the end of the block.

We had a great stay at this property. The neighborhood is fantastic with a cafe and park right around the corner, and grocery stores within a couple minutes drive. The apartment is in an older building, so comes with the creaks and issues expected. Unit itself has some updates but also still showing age with creaky floors. The unit was nicely cleaned though and host was wonderful enough to supply a pack-and-play for our little one.

We were disappointed that only one of the two bedrooms had an air conditioner. I may have misread, but I thought we were staying in a house but it turned out to be a very old tired four apartment building. It was clean and served our needs, but was disappointing.
