St.Anthony Park Basement 2 Bedroom

Robert was very responsive to any questions I had. The home is in a charming neighborhood with stores restaurants and bars within walking distance.

the place is very clean and the host are very nice people.This is our 3rd year staying here and if we come next year hopefully we can stay here again.

This was a convenient location in a part of town where it's hard to find lodgings. The neighborhood was lovely and we felt safe. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was ready for use. The ceilings in this basement apartment are VERY low, and my 6'4" tall husband had to stoop to keep from hitting his head. We also noticed that the sounds from the family in the house above us were quite noticeable: footsteps, conversations, someone playing the piano. None of this is a deal-breaker, just things to keep in mind.

Ok first Host was easy to get a response from. Now the property, the walkway in was overgrown with no lights at night and uneven concrete that made tripping easy. The stairway into the basement has no easy way down , you must bend halfway over and hold pipes above you as there's no handrail. The ceilings are not good for anyone over 5ft 7. You will hit your head as I did. The shower pours out on the bathroom floor, and as long as you dont mind the owners above you running back and forth on the floor all hours of day and night as late as 3am most nights then you may enjoy your stay. We made due but will never recommend this particular location. Lastly the neighborhood its in is lovely, 2 blocks out is dangerous at best during the day. It has a nice patio except the door hits the furniture so getting your bags in is a little difficult.
