Watch the surf, dolphins and birds from your new zero-gravity sofa, with a warm fire to your left. (See Photos - OceanFRONT).
Kitchen remodeled with new appliances and everything else you might need (See Photos).
Large master suite with New Luxury Firm Saatva King bed (arriving 1/12/24). The second bedroom has two New Nectar beds (Full and Twin). There is also a queen-sized Tempur-Pedic 4" mattress topper that my nieces use as a bed. They like to put it in the living room.
Second Bath has a Jacuzzi Tub.
The complex has:
- pools (2) - one is heated
- jacuzzis (2) - both are hot
- tennis courts (2)
- Beach Access (3 minute walk)
- Creek with Koi and Turtles.
Big Surf - this is an El Niño year. And this winter all of California will have days with some of the largest waves in years. Check Surfline or other sites for details. This makes for amazing views, including watching pro surfers directly in front of your living room.
Summer typically brings smaller surf, fun for kids and families. You will have free access to surfboards, bogie boards, SUP boards, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, etc. If there is something more you need, please let me (Rick) know and I will likely buy it for the condo.
Walk to restaurants. Bangkok Bay Thai is a favorite, but there are many others including Solana Beach Kitchen, CPK, Claire’s on Cedros, Pizza Port and the Fish Market to name just a few.
Also walking distance: AmTrak, Del Mar Fair, Del Mar Races.
This is a second floor unit, so there will be a unit above you. However, the older couple that lives there are permanent residents and very thoughtful and quiet.
